Source of fund documents
The sole binding basis for purchasing Swisscanto products is the current fund documents (e.g. fund agreements/contractual conditions, prospectuses, basic information sheets as well as annual reports), which can be obtained from www.swisscanto.com, from Swisscanto Fund Management Company Ltd., Bahnhofstrasse 9, CH-8001 Zurich (also the representative for Luxembourg-based Swisscanto products) or from all branch offices of Zürcher Kantonalbank. The paying agent for the Luxembourg Swisscanto products in Switzerland is Zürcher Kantonalbank, Bahnhofstrasse 9, CH-8001 Zurich.
Exclusion of warranty and liability
Swisscanto and Zürcher Kantonalbank take due professional care in preparing the information published on the Swisscanto website. However, Swisscanto and Zürcher Kantonalbank assume no warranty for the currency, correctness, accuracy or completeness of the information published on the Swisscanto website. Swisscanto and Zürcher Kantonalbank reserve the right to update, amend or delete without notice, at any time, information published on the Swisscanto website. The information may only be freely used for personal use.
